Meet the Founder

"People work with People"

Jackson’s career has taken him from his native home of Germany to South Africa working for German carmaker BMW Group. A German delegation trip to South China has led to his first mission supporting the internationalization of a large Chinese enterprise in Guangzhou. Following, Jackson has enjoyed serving and negotiating large-scale contracts in Asia for almost 5 years with LUFTHANSA Group, before taking up a new challenge as Head of Account Management for a SWIRE Group subsidiary based in Hong Kong. Prior to the start of SINOLUMINA, Jackson supported various partners as an independent consultant and researcher.

He is no stranger to making decisions for new opportunities, having spent nine years abroad, eight years in China, and seven years of deal-making across borders.

In addition to his Master degree in Management from TOP ranked Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Jackson holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from the Ernst-Abbe University Jena, Germany. His successful communication strategies are supported by Mandarin Chinese HSK3 from PEKING UNIVERSITY, world-class coaching training by Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and public speaking engagement with Toastmasters International.
